  • How do I book a clinical massage treatment?

    Booking is easy! You can schedule your clinical massage treatment online through our secure booking platform Vagaro at www.vagaro.com/touchmedmassage, by email at contact@touchmedmassage.com, call at (407) 807-0955, or in person at the clinic. If you’re unsure which service is best for your needs, feel free to contact us for a quick consultation.

  • When should I arrive for my clinical massage treatment?

    We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to complete any necessary intake forms, discuss your goals, and allow time to relax before your session. For returning patients, arriving 5 minutes early is usually sufficient.

  • How do I cancel a service that I’ve scheduled?

    To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance by phone or through our online booking system.

    Late cancellations may be subject to a fee equal to 50% to 100% of the scheduled service, depending on notice and circumstances.

  • What if I fail to show for a scheduled massage or arrive late?

    No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect the next patient’s appointment. Full session fees will apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and respectful schedule for all patients.
